WHAT DOES A SPEECH SESSION LOOK LIKE?

Speech and language intervention is provided in our clinic or via teletherapy (online) using various programs, strategies, and techniques. Therapy sessions are typically one clinical hour in length.

All services include parent education and training to facilitate generalization outside of the session and to ensure the highest quality of services.

Based on parent/child preference and age of the child, parents may participate in the entire session or in debriefing and training for the final 5-10 minutes of session.
WHAT IS SPEECH THERAPY?
Speech therapy addresses a variety of skills in order to help children become functional communicators.
